摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水(体积比86∶14)为流动相,使用Eclipse XDB C18不锈钢色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器(DAD),在225 nm条件下,定量测定8%七氟菊酯微囊悬浮剂中有效成分的含量。方法的线性相关系数为0.999 8,标准偏差为0.041,变异系数为0.50%,平均回收率为99.4%。
A method was developed for determination of tefluthrin 8% CS by RP-HPLC, using methanol and water as mobile phase, Eclipse XDB C18 and DAD at 225 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 8, the standard deviation was 0.041, the variation coefficient was 0.50%, and the average recovery was 99.4%.
