摘要
针对钢板超声波测厚探伤不合格现象,采用低倍、高倍检验、电镜扫描等分析方法,查找出中心偏析、裂纹、Mn S等夹杂物以及氢均对钢板的探伤结果造成不利影响。同时结合目前的生产工艺,提出了相应的改进措施。
In this paper,according to the unqualified phenomenon of steel plates in ultrasonic thickness measuring,by using the analysis methods such as macroscopic examination,microscopic examination and scanning electron microscope,it was found out that the center segregation,cracks,Mn S inclusion and hydrogen had adverse effects on the inspection result of steel plates. Meanwhile,combining with the production technology at present,the corresponding improvement measures were put forward.
