摘要
对带式输送机凸弧段托辊间距的合理布置开展分析研究与计算,在带式输送机托辊间距布置满足辊子承载能力和输送带的下垂度的要求的基础上,针对凸弧段托辊受力的特殊性,通过对其受力分析、力学计算,合理布置凸弧段托辊间距,从而避免托辊间距过大托辊易损,托辊间距过密造成浪费。
Research and calculation are conducted for reasonable arrangement of idler spacing at convex curved section of belt conveyor. Under the condition of idler spacing of belt conveyor meeting the requirements on bearing capacity of the roller and sag of the conveying belt,in allusion to particularity of load-bearing idler at convex curved section,the load analysis and mechanical calculation are performed to properly set the idler spacing at convex curved section
