摘要
以机舱动力设备的振动特性为研究对象,基于有限元方法,对船舶汽轮机发电机组及浮筏隔振系统进行研究。根据实际工况进行隔振器布置设计和工况设置,通过数值模拟研究阻尼改变对动力设备振动特性的影响,计算得出振动烈度曲线,揭示隔振器阻尼对汽轮发电机组振动特性的影响趋势,为机舱动力设备减振分析提供了参考依据。
Taking the vibration characteristics of cabin power equipment as the research object, the authorconducts a research of ship's steam turbine generating set and buoyant raft vibration isolation system based on thefinite element method. The author carries out the vibration isolator layout design and working condition settingaccording to the real working condition, studies the influence of damping change on power equipment'svibration characteristics according to numerical simulation, calculates the vibration intensity curve, reveals theinfluence trend of vibration isolator damping on steam turbine generating set's vibration characteristics, andprovides reference for cabin power equipment vibration reducing analysis.
