摘要
文章重点阐述了淮河干流荆山湖行蓄洪区进、退洪闸工程在工程规模论证、闸址选择、消能防冲、闸基加固处理、大体积混凝土抗裂等设计特点。
This paper elaborates the design of Jingshan lake into--retreating flood control project at main stream of Huaihe for flood storage area from the following aspects, such as project scale argu- mentation, location selection, energy dissipation, reinforcement of sluice foundation, large volume concrete crack.
