摘要
以渭南市临渭区为例,通过入户调查方式获取基础数据,利用区位商法考察农村居民收入差异对生活用能选择的影响,并通过3个区域用能方式的差异,试图寻找收入差异因素和地域差异因素对能源利用方式的影响作用以及作用机制.研究表明,在微观上,收入差异主导农户消费行为分异,在中宏观格局上,资源环境条件主导区域消费方式分异.同一自然环境条件下,收入差异影响农户用能选择,即高收入农户对便捷性、卫生性的电力能源和煤炭、煤气等商品性能源消费较多;中、低收入农户则消耗较多的薪柴、秸秆等非商品性能源.在经济水平相当的不同地区,农户用能方式的选择受当地自然环境条件的影响较大,如山麓地区,薪柴和秸秆使用量远远高于平原地区.通过对农户用能分异规律的探寻,寻找适合农村的用能模式,对改善农户用能方式提供决策支持以及生活能源结构转型提供参考.
Taking Linwei District of Weinan City for example,this article investigates the influence of rural residents’income gap on household energy and action mechanism with location quotient according to basic data through household survey,it also tries to figure out the influence and mechanism of action of income gap factor and regional difference factor on energy utilization pattern based on the fact of 3 regions’energy utilization difference. The result show that from microscopic view, the income gap leads farmers ’ consumption difference,in the macroscopic pattern,the resource and environment condition is the cause of regional consumption difference.Under the same natural environment condition,the gap of income is the influence factor of farmers’option of energy,which means more high income peasants tend to buy convenient,healthy electric energy and commercial energy like coal,gasoline,etc.Middle and low income peasants often choose non-commercial energy such as fuel wood,straw.In different areas with similar economic standard, farmers ’ options of energy using depends much on local national environmental condition,for example,farmers from basal region use far more fuel wood and straw than from plain area. Through the investigation of the discipline of peasants’energy utilization patterns difference and the search of appropriate rural energy utilization pattern,the article provides the decision support for improving rural energy using pattern and reference for rural households’energy structure transformation.
