摘要
党的十八大对"健全社会主义协商民主制度"进行了规划和部署,明确要充分发挥人民政协作为协商民主重要渠道的作用。在新形势下,如何发挥政协委员的主体作用以更好地推进政协工作,是需要认真研究的课题。
The 18th Congress made a plan for improving socialist consultative democracy system and proposed that we must play full role of important channel of the CPPCC. In the new situation, how to perform the main function of the CPPCC members to further promote the work of the CPPCC is a problem need carefully study.
