摘要
在基于控制极设计的双极区保护中,非控制极因测量异常等情况致保护动作但未出口,控制极切换后原非控制极保护立即出口,导致直流闭锁。为了及早发现测量异常等故障,特增加反映测量异常的功能,从保护、控制、监测系统三个层面提出了5种解决方案,并从防误动、提高直流利用率、保护系统设计结构优化、改动的必要性以及安全性考虑等方面进行比较。结果表明,基于监测系统设计的方案5略优于其他4种方案,且可行有效。
In the bipolar area protection based on control pole design,the bipolar area protection of the uncontrolled pole reaches the threshold of protection but not enabled,after control pole switches the protection of the previous uncontrolled pole will export immediately which may lead to DC block.In order to detect the fault of measurement early,the detection function is specially added.Five solution schemes are presented standing on the aspects of protection,control and surveillance system.And they are compared in the preventing fault trip,raising use rate,structure optimization,necessity and safety.The result shows that the scheme based on the surveillance system is slightly better than the other four and it is feasible and effective.
