摘要
白塞病又称贝赫切特病(BD),是一种慢性全身性血管炎性疾病。白塞病常累及胃肠道,即肠白塞病,患者常出现胃肠道溃疡、出血、穿孔等。英夫利昔单抗(IFX)是单克隆肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)拮抗剂,在多种炎性疾病中得到广泛应用。本文结合2例肠白塞病患者的诊治过程,分析IFX治疗肠白塞病的有效性和安全性。
Behcet＇s disease（ BD） is a kind of chronic systemic vascular inflammatory disease. BD often affects stomach and intestines tunnel, thus intestinal BD occurs, patients usually have gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding and perforation. Infliximab（ IFX） is a monoclonal TNF- α antagonist,which is widely used to treat many kinds of inflammatory diseases. The diagnosis and treatment process of two patients with intestinal Behcet＇s disease is reviewed,the efficacy and safety of infliximab in treatment of intestinal Behcet＇s disease are analysed in the paper.
