摘要
磨溪-高石梯区块寒武、震旦系的前期密闭取心作业,平均取心收获率及单筒进尺低,未能达到岩心分析要求。为提高取心效果,成功研制了抗高温高压密闭液、新型密闭取心钻头与新型密闭取心工具。5口井密闭取心现场试验表明,平均单筒进尺由2.32 m增至8.5 m,取心收获率由24.35%最高增至93.12%,获取的高质量、原始地质状态岩心为该区块评估方案提供了详实的资料。形成的密闭取心技术填补了国内在高温高压环境下密闭取心技术领域的空白,具备推广应用的价值。
The core recovery and single- barrel footage in previous sealing core drilling operation in Sinian and Cambrian strata of Moxi- Gaoshiti block were low,which was unable to meet requirement of core analysis. In order to improve coring efficiency,the resistance to HTHP core sealing fluid,new closed coring bit and closed coring equipment have been developed.The field tests in 4 wells showed that: the average single- barrel footage was increased from 2. 32 m to 8. 5m,the core recovery increased from 24. 35% to 93. 12%,and the sealing core drilling technology suited for the condition of HTHP was formed.High core quality provided the detailed data for reservoir evaluation. The sealing core drilling technology is worth popularizing and applying.
