摘要
研究粉碎、青贮和揉搓3种预处理方式对玉米秸秆厌氧消化消化特性的影响。研究结果表明:预处理方式对秸秆厌氧消化的启动、物质转化、产气效率和滞留期均会产生一定影响。青贮处理水解酸化速率最快,原料降解效果最好,启动ATP浓度最大为1572 nmol/L,初始VFAs浓度最高,分别是粉碎处理和揉搓处理的31.31倍和35.27倍;粉碎处理产气效果最好,经49 d厌氧消化后,粉碎处理的单位TS累计产气量最大为323.76 m L/g,分别是青贮处理和揉搓处理的1.25倍和1.10倍。
The effect of three kinds of pretreatment manners, such as crushing straw, silaging straw and kneading straw on the anaerobic digestion characteristics of corn straw was studied. The results indicate that the start-up performance, material conversion efficiency, biogas production characteristics, as well as hydraulic residence time were all influenced by pretreatment method. Silaging straw is the fastest hydrolysis acidification process and possesses higher material conversion rate with the largest ATP concentration of about 1572 nmol/L at the start-up period, as well as the maximum initial VFAs concentration, which are 31.31 times and 35.27 times of processes for crushing straw and kneading straw, respectively. The best biogas production process occurs for the crushing straw. After 49 days, crushing straw has the maximum accumulative biogas production of 323.76 mL/(g TS), which are 1.25 and 1.10 times for silaging straw and kneading straw, respectively.
