摘要 设计10 kW/20 kWh锂电池能量管理系统,该系统由储能管理单元(energy storage manage unit,ESMU)和电池管理单元(battery manage unit,BMU)2部分组成,其中ESMU可实现对电池储能系统(battery energy storage sys-tem,BESS)的充放电控制、状态监测与数据管理分析,BMU依据电池电压、温度等信息对电池进行均压控制及实时保护,2个子系统的协调运行可实现对储能系统充放电控制的安全动态管理。通过实验验证10 kW/20 kWh锂电池能量管理系统工作的有效性,从而为大规模锂电池储能系统的工程应用奠定基础。 The energy management system of 10 kW/20 kWh lithium-ion battery including energy storage management unit (ESMU) and battery management unit (BMU) was designed. ESMU could manage charging or discharging operation, monitor the state and analyze the existing data of the system. Average control of the batteries and safety protection were completed by BMU according to the voltage and temperature of the batteries. The safe and dynamic management of two sub-systems were accomplished under the cooperation of ESMU and BMU. The effectiveness of energy management system of 10 kW/20 kWh lithium-ion battery is verified by experiment, which lays a solid foundation for the engineering application of large scale energy storage system.
