摘要
枕头坝一级水电站库区S306公路是移民复建工程,位于高山峡谷区,地质条件较差。其中某大桥因上方有一连索桥不能拆除,造成第11、12号跨T型梁难以架设。在估算分析汽车吊的起重能力和吊臂长度后,决定选用2台200 t汽车吊作为T形梁起重设备。通过合理布置吊车位置并作好现场吊装安全控制,成功地实施了T梁的吊装架设,突破了小空间内架设T形梁的安装技术难题。
The S306 reconstructed road,passing through valley area with unfavorable geological condition,is a resettlement rebuilding project of Zhentouba Ⅰ Hydropower Station.The Guancunba Bridge crosses under a cable bridge that could not be removed due to transportation reasons,so it brings difficulties for the erection of T beams of the 11 th and 12 th span.Through analysis of car crane capacity and lift height,two 200 t car cranes were selected as lifting device of T-beam.Through reasonably selecting crane location and performing the safety guarantee work seriously,we have successfully erected the T beams,solving the problem of T beam erection in narrow space.
