摘要
以锡林郭勒盟地区传统酸油为样品,采用气相色谱法对酸油的脂肪酸种类和质量分数进行了测定。结果表明:锡盟地区传统酸油中含有30种脂肪酸,其中正蓝旗酸油中油酸和亚油酸相对质量分数最高,分别为25.04%和2.74%;阿巴嘎旗酸油中亚麻酸和花生四烯酸相对质量分数最高,分别为0.30%和1.09%。
Fatty acid composition and content in the traditional cultured butter which gathered from Xilingol League was determined by gas chromatography. The results showed that the quantities of fatty acids in traditional cultured butter were 30. The relative content of oleic acid and linoleic acid in cultured butter from Zhenglan Banner were highest(25.04%,2.74%), but linolenic acid and arachidonic acid in cultured butter from Abaga Banner were highest(0.30%,1.09%).
