摘要
目的:研究尾矿库渗漏水污染对玉米种子的毒性效应。方法:研究不同浓度的尾矿库渗漏水和周边村庄潜层地下水胁迫对玉米(Zea mays)种子发芽率、可溶性蛋白(SP)和丙二醛(MDA)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果:尾矿坝渗漏水对玉米种子的发芽率具有显著的抑制作用(p<0.05),对玉米叶片具有显著的氧化损伤作用(p<0.05)。附近村庄的地下水对玉米的发芽率影响不显著,但对玉米的叶子具有一定程度的氧化损伤作用,S村地下水浇灌后玉米叶片中MDA含量显著升高(p<0.05),抗氧化酶活性呈现上升趋势,其中CAT活性显著升高(p<0.05)。结论:利用该尾矿库周边区域潜层地下水进行农田灌溉具有一定的农业生产风险,尾矿库渗漏水对周边地下水造成了一定程度的污染。本研究可为尾矿库周边潜层地下水污染的生物监测和农灌管理提供数据支持。
objective:Study the toxic effects of exposure to seepage water of tailings on maize seed.Method:This research was designed to investigate the maize seed germination rate,and Soluble Protein (SP) and Malondialdehyde (MDA),and Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) contents,Glutathione Peroxidase (GSH-Px) and Catalase (CAT) activity exposed to tailings leakage water and surrounding village groundwater.Result:The results shows that the tailings leakage water has significant inhibitory effect on germination rates of maize seeds (p < 0.05),and reveals significant oxidation damage to maize leafs (p < 0.05).The groundwater of S village has a certain degree of influence on the maize physiological indexes,but not germination rates of maize seeds.The MDA content and CAT activity in maize leaf were significantly raised (p < 0.05) as it was irrigated with groundwater from S village.Conclusion:Experiments shows that the tailings surrounding groundwater is no longer suitable for farmland irrigation.This tailings water leakage caused pollution on the surrounding groundwater.This research could provide data support for the bio-monitoring and agricultural irrigation management of local groundwater surrounding this tailings.
