摘要
新兴专业未必能一帆风顺的发展,浙江省Z校社区管理与服务专业是一个新兴高职专业,但短暂存在后就衰亡了。其衰亡的客观原因主要是办学层次较低、专业就业对口率较低、专业建设所获支持较少等;其衰亡的主观原因主要是专业师资力量较为薄弱、没有抓住发展机遇、专业与行业合作不够紧密等等。对其深入反思,能为其他院校同类专业甚至更多专业的建设提供参考、借鉴。
The development of emerging specialty may not be smooth, Z school community management and services specialty of Zhejiang province is an emerging vocational specialty, but it is declining after short-lived. The main reason for its decline and fall of the objective is to lower educational level, the lower the rate of professional employment counterparts, professional development received less support; major reason for its decline and fall of subjective professional faculty weak, did not seize development opportunities, professional and industry cooperation is not tight enough, and so on. Its in-depth reflection, can provide a reference for other institutions for the same or even more specialized professional construction.
