摘要 Rho激酶参与了冠心病发病的病理生理机制,Rho激酶抑制剂具有抗血管痉挛和抗动脉硬化等作用。因此,Rho激酶抑制剂有望成为治疗冠心病的新药物。本文就Rho激酶抑制剂法舒地尔在冠心病治疗中的应用进展作一综述。 Rho kinase involves in pathophysiological mechanism of coronary heart disease （CHD）. Rho kinase inhib- itor possesses effects of anti-vasospasm and anti-arteriosclerosis etc. Therefore, Rho kinase inhibitor is expected to be a new drug treating CHD. The present article made an overview on application progress of Rho kinase inhibitor fasudil treating CHD.
