摘要
采用有限元软件LS-DYNA进行数值模拟计算,得到具有圆弧形诱导槽薄壁圆管在不同倾斜载荷角冲击下的碰撞响应,研究诱导槽数量对斜向冲击吸能特性和最大峰值冲击载荷的影响.数值计算结果表明,具有诱导槽结构薄壁圆管在斜向冲击下的吸能能力和最大峰值冲击载荷均明显优于无诱导结构的薄壁圆管.
The collision respose of thin-walled cylinder with indentation grooves at different oblique load were obtained using finite element software Ls-dyna numerical simulation. Effect of the number of induced indentations on the energy-absorbing characteristics and maximum peak crushing force were analyzed at oblique load impact. The numerical results showed energy absorption capacity and maximum peak crushing force of t [ J ] hin-walled cylinder with induced indentations significantly better than thin-walled tube without induced structure.
