高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗方案选择

摘要 股骨转子间骨折指由股骨颈基底至小粗隆水平以上部位的骨折,是老年人常见病、多发病,占髋部骨折的31%-51%[1]。其主要致伤原因是骨质疏松及外伤,女性多于男性,属关节囊外骨折。采用内固定达到理想固定的稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折,愈合率可达100%;但在不稳定性、复杂的粉碎性骨折,及在不理想的内固定状态下,失败率可达56%[2]。
