摘要
目的探讨不同剂量乙醇对实验小鼠精子DNA完整性及精子动态参数的相关影响。方法将60只SPF级昆明种雄性小白鼠随机分为4组,其中对照组给予5 g/(kg·d)蒸馏水灌胃,低、中、高剂量组分别给予无水酒精(0.5 g/(kg·d)、2.5 g/(kg·d)、5 g/(kg·d)灌胃,连续20周。测定各组实验小鼠精子DNA完整性及精子动态参数的变化情况。结果与对照组相比较,各剂量酒精组的精子DNA完整性明显高于对照组,精子动态参数均明显减弱,具有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论长期摄入酒精可以造成精子DNA的损伤及精子动态参数出现不同程度异常,从而影响其生育能力。
Objective The effects of different doses of alcohol-related effects on sperm DNA integrity and sperm dynamic parameters in SPF rats. Methods The 60 healthy adult male SPF rats were randomly divided into four groups, in which the control group received 5 g / kg / d distilled water, low, medium and high dose groups were given alcohol, an- hydrous alcohol (0.5 g/kg/d, 2.5 g / kg / d, 5 g/kg/d) gavage for 20 weeks. Changes in the rats was measured sperm DNA integrity and sperm dynamic parameters. Results Compared with the control group, the sperm DNA integrity of each dose group was significantly higher than that of alcohol, sperm dynamic parameters were significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusion Alcohol can cause long-term damage and sperm dynamic parameters of abnormal sperm DNA to varying degrees, which can affect their fertility.
