摘要
为提高装备系统作战效能,给出了一种基于微组装混合集成设计的雷达/侦察/干扰一体化收发前端技术.通过对变频方案的优化以及双平衡混频器的运用,对噪声系数、动态范围、隔离度等关键指标的设计与分析,对关键无源电路幅度均衡器、MEMS滤波器的设计与仿真以及合理的频率划分,使得该收发前端具有宽频带、高灵敏度、低噪声、大动态、结构紧凑、集成度高、重量轻等特点.该技术已应用于某型雷达装备中,完全满足系统对雷达/侦察/干扰三种工作模式的要求,在工程上具有较高的应用价值.
To improve the operational effectiveness of equipment system, we bring forward the transceiver front-end technique for integration of radar/reconnaissance/jamming based on micro-assembly hybrid integrated design. Through optimization of the frequency conversion scheme and application of the double balanced mixer, the noise coefficient, dynamic range, isolation and other key indices are designed and analyzed, and the transceiver front-end has the characteristics of broadband, high sensitivity, low noise, large dynamic range, compact structure, high degree of integration, light weight and etc., by design and simulation of the amplitude equalizer of the key passive circuit and MEMS filter as well as a reasonable scheme of frequency division. These proposed techniques are already employed in a certain type of radar equipment, which can meet completely the demand of these three operational modes including the radar, reconnaissance and/or jamming, thus having a higher engineering use.
