摘要
研究利用液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-ESI-MS/MS)快速准确测定乳制品中双酚A和壬基酚。通过一系列试验对样品前处理进行了优化研究,样品经乙酸乙酯:环己烷(1:1,体积比)提取净化后,采用HPLC-ESI-MS/MS检测分析,在多反应监测模式(MRM)下,采用内标法定量、方法的检出限为1μg/kg,在1-200μg/kg范围内线性关系良好(相关系数r〉0.99),平均添加回收率为75%-85%,该方法简便、高效、准确,各项技术指标均满足国内外有关双酚A和壬基酚检测要求,可用于乳制品中双酚A和壬基酚的分析测定。
A new method using of ultra-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry for tile analysis of BPA and NP was dew, loped.Sample preparation and HPLC-MS/MS analytical conditions were examined and optimized critically by use of a series of experiments in this study.Samples were extracted by ethyl acetate and cyclohexane,then cleaned up,and uhimately adop|ed LC-ESI-MS/MS method for qualitative and quantitative analysis.Limits of detection (LOD)was 1 μg/kg, and the method showed good linearity (r〉0.99)between 1μg,/kg and 200μg/kg.The average recoveries were between 75% to 85%.The method is simple,efficient,sensitive and accurate,and it can meet the requirements of determination for BPA and NP.
