摘要
以V型6缸发动机活塞设计为例,主要介绍了怎样利用CATIA的虚拟装配模块和DMU运动模块来建立曲柄连杆机构、配气机构和曲柄连杆机构的运动模型,并通过这两个运动模型来分析活塞和其它零件的间隙,从而提高设计质量和效率,减少试制和试验验证次数,降低开发成本。
Taking V type 6 cylinder engine piston design as an example,mainly introduces how to use the motion model of virtual assembly module and DMU motion module of CATIA to establish the crank connecting rod mechanism,a gas distribution mechanism and a crank and connecting rod mechanism,and through these two motion model to analyze the clearance between the piston and other parts,so as to improve the design quality and efficiency,reduce the manufacturing and testing times,reduce the cost of development.
