摘要
螺栓孔孔边出现破坏的情况十分常见,但孔边的应力状态复杂,对其进行测量又受到螺栓尺寸上的诸多限制,难以直接得到孔边应力的分布情况。因此,螺栓孔边的强度分析和测试需要有较为合理并且便于操作的评估方法。针对某车辆阀座螺栓孔的实际情况,通过有限元模型计算与实际线路试验的结果的对比分析,提出了一种评估螺栓孔孔边应力的方法,为测量和评价轨道车辆螺栓结构的疲劳强度提供了有益的参考。
Irregular damage in bolted structure are frequently detected in machines. The force condition in bolted structure is complicated and its measurement is confined to its own structures,so it is hard to directly get the stress distribution of the bolted structure. As mentioned above,the strength analysis and measurements require a reasonable and easily operational estimate method. This thesis is based on the practical situation of force condition in bolted structure,and used a practical model to estimate and analyze the force condition in bolted structure. The author address the measurement and assessment method of bolted structure based and provide useful reference to its strength analysis.
