摘要
油水井试压一般使用水泥车与水罐车配合完成,针对存在安全风险大,施工成本高的问题,采用试压泵车在车辆底盘上加装水罐与试压装置,大排量灌输、低排量加压,并采用PLC实现高压自动停机保护,安全性得到了提高,设备能耗也大大降低。
With the completion of oil well pressure testing by cement trucks and water tankers, in view of the existing safety risks and high cost of construction,pressure testing pump in tank and pressure test device on the chassis of the vehicle equipped, large displacement instilled, low displacement compression and PLC is used to realize auto-shutdown protection.Therefore process safety has been improved as well as consumption is greatly reduced.
