摘要
介绍了电硅热法、碳热法冶炼钒铁的原理。对比分析了碳质还原剂在电硅热法冶炼Fe V50时,加入时间和剂量不同对最终产品含碳量的影响,并确定了最佳方案。实施后,有效降低了电硅热法冶炼钒铁的生产成本,且钒收率提高1%-2%。
The principle of smelting ferrovanadium with eletro- silicothermic process and carbothermic process is introduced. It is contrasted and analyzed the influence of different adding time and amount of carbon reduction agent on carbon content in end products in smelting of Fe V50 with eletro- silicothermic process,and determined the best plan. After the plan conducted,the cost is effectively reduced,and the vanadium recovery increased by 1 to 2 percent.
