摘要抗利尿激素分泌失调综合征（Syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone,SIADH）是指某些疾病和危重病导致体内抗利尿激素（Antidiuretic hormone,ADH）不适当分泌或肾脏对ADH的超敏而引起水潴留,稀释性低钠血症、血浆渗透压降低、尿钠与尿渗透压增高以及相应临床症状的一组临床综合征。
