摘要
目的:观察玄附衍宗汤治疗肾阳虚型不育症的临床疗效。方法:将肾阳虚型不育症患者162例随机分为西药组25例和五子衍宗丸组28例、五子衍宗丸+桂附地黄丸组34例、玄附衍宗汤组75例,采用精液质量分析仪常规分析治疗前后患者精液质量,观察精子密度,(A+B)级精子以及精子成活率以及畸形率变化情况。结果:运用玄附衍宗汤治疗后精液各指标优于西药组(P<0.05),且玄附衍宗汤组疗效优于其他方法(P<0.05)。结论:玄附衍宗汤治疗肾阳虚型不育症疗效优于西药组及五子衍宗丸组、五子衍宗丸+桂附地黄丸组。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect ofXuanFu YanZong Tang in the treatment of infertility be- long to the pattern of kidney-yang deficiency in TCM. Methods： Overall 162 patients with infertility of kidney-yang deficiency randomized into 25 cases in western medicine group, 28 cases in WuZi YanZong pills group, 34 cases in the group of WuZi YanZong pills and GuiFu DiHuang pills as well as 75 cases in the group of XuanFu YanZong Tang respectively. Semen quality of the patients were conventionally analyzed after and before treatment by sperm quality analyzer （SQA） to observe the sperm density, （A＋B） sperms and their viability as well as the changing condi- tions of malformation rate. Results： The changes of the indexes after treatment in the group of XuanFu YanZong Tang were more remarkable than that in the western medicine group （P〈0.05） and the curative effect of XuanFu YanZong Tang was better than other methods （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： XuanFu YanZong Tang is effective in treating infertility of kidney-yang deficiency.
