摘要 针对汽车发动机冷却应用实现了一种基于低成本的正弦波驱动永磁无刷风机系统。为有效提高系统效率、简化实现难度,采用一种新型SVPWM调制方法,可以有效降低功率器件损耗,同时提高直流侧电压利用率。为了进一步提高系统可靠性、降低系统成本,通过三个开关霍尔传感器来实时估计转子位置,以实现连续正弦电流驱动,既保持了无刷直流方波驱动方式结构简单、成本低廉的特点,又实现了正弦波驱动转矩脉动较小的优点。最后,理论分析与实验结果验证了该方法的正确性和可行性。 An automotive engine cooling application was realized based on a low cost permanent magnet brushless fan system with sinusoidal drive. To improve the system efficiency and simplify the difficulty of implementation, a novel SPWM control method was proposed which can effectively reduce the wastage of power devices and improve the DC voltage utiliza- tion rate. In order to further improve the reliability and reduce system cost, this method can estimate rotor position real-time by three switch Hall sensors to realize continuous sine current wave drive, which not only has features of simple structure and low cost that the square wave driving method has, but also has the advantage of small torque ripple that the sine wave driving method has. The theoretical analysis and experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the method.
