两种耐温聚合物凝胶分子聚集态及性能对比 被引量:2

COMPARISON OF THE MOLECULAR AGGREGATION STATES AND PERFORMANCES OF TWO KINDS OF TEMPERATURE RESISTANT POLYMER GEL

摘要 针对高温油藏特点,利用仪器检测和理论分析方法,对比研究了"SNF"和"两性"两种耐温聚合物凝胶的分子聚集态及性能。结果表明:"SNF"聚合物凝胶的分子聚集态呈"局部性"网状结构,"两性"聚合物凝胶的分子聚集态呈"区域性"网状结构;"两性"凝胶体系中聚合物分子线团尺寸大于"SNF"凝胶体系中聚合物分子线团尺寸,"两性"凝胶体系中聚合物分子线团分布均匀性较好,而"SNF"凝胶体系中聚合物分子线团分布较散;与"SNF"聚合物凝胶相比,"两性"聚合物凝胶的热稳定性和黏弹性较优,阻力系数和残余阻力系数较大;"SNF"聚合物凝胶交联反应以"分子内"交联为主,"两性"聚合物凝胶交联反应以"分子间"交联为主。 According to the characteristics of the oil reservoir with high temperature, the comparative studies on the molecular aggregation states and performances of two kinds of temperature resistance polymer gels ( “SNF” and “Amphoteric” ) by means of the instrument detection and theoretical analysis. The results show that the molecular aggregation state of “SNF” polymer gel is characterized by “partial” mesh structure while that of “Amphoteric” polymer gel is featured by “regional” network structure; the molecular group dimension of the polymer in the latter gel system is larger than that of the former, and moreover the former is of good uniformity while the latter is more dispersed. Compared with “SNF” polymer gel, “Amphoteric” polymer gel has better thermal stability and vis- coelasticity, and furthermore its resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient are pretty larger. The crosslinking reaction of “SNF” polymer gel is dominated by “intra-molecular crosslinking” while that of“ Ampho- teric” polymer gel is determined by “inter-molecular crosslinking”.
