淋巴细胞异常在SLE发病机制中的作用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(Systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种累及性疾病,可诱发全身多系统和多器官的炎症损伤,包括皮肤、造血器官、淋巴器官、关节、肺脏、心血管、神经系统和肾脏等,这种多系统的紊乱可导致显著的发病率和死亡率。传统用于SLE治疗的药物包括抗炎药、抗疟药和多种免疫抑制剂,抗BLy S抗体Belimumab于2011年3月获得FDA的批准用于SLE的治疗。SLE发病机制复杂,其中淋巴细胞(T细胞、B细胞)异常居重要地位。阐明这些细胞在SLE发病机制中的作用对于探索新的治疗靶点及开发新的治疗药物具有重大意义。
