摘要
在无线通信中,掉话是用户投诉的焦点问题之一。文章从理论上分析了CDMA2000掉话原因,结合实际情况,对导致掉话的故障点进行位置归属,给出了可行的处理意见,有较强的理论性指导性和实践可操作性。
In wireless communication, drop the words is one of the focus problem of user complaints. This paper analyzes the reasons of call drop from CDMA2000 theory, combined with the actual situation of the location of the fault point, leading to dropped calls, gives feasible processing opinion, have a strong theoretical guidance and practical.
