不同月龄巴美肉羊与小尾寒羊及其杂交后代营养成分变化规律 被引量:1

The nutrition change rule of different month old of Bamei sheep and small tail Han sheep and their hybrid offspring

摘要 通过测定4、6、8、12月龄的巴美肉羊、小尾寒羊以及杂交后代巴寒F1和巴寒F2的水分、灰分、蛋白质和粗脂肪等化学常规营养成分,目的是为了探究不同月龄不同品种羊常规化学成分的变化规律以及其后代的杂交优势。结果表明:6月龄时各品种羊水分含量均达到最高,均值超过74.6%,整体上巴美肉羊〉小尾寒羊和巴寒F1〉巴寒F2;并且巴寒F2的灰分含量均比同一月龄的其他品种的含量高;各品种羊的蛋白质含量随着月龄的递增呈上升的趋势,4~12月龄整体变化范围为18%~20%,整个生长期间,巴寒F2的蛋白质含量是四者中最高,8~12月龄巴寒F1的蛋白质含量仅次于巴寒F2,而小尾寒羊含量始终处于最低;整个期间巴寒F2的脂肪含量最高,而巴寒F1的含量是最低的,4、6、12月龄时巴美肉羊的脂肪含量仅次于巴寒F2。综上表明:巴寒F1是具有高蛋白低脂肪营养品质的肉羊,巴寒F2高蛋白而脂肪也相对较高的肉羊,两者均遗传了巴美肉羊具有较高含量蛋白质这一特点。 By measuring the conventional compositions of the moisture, ash, protein and fat and other chemical of the Bamei mutton sheep, small tail Han sheep and hybrid Bahan F1 and Bahan F2 in 4, 6, 8 and 12 months old that is to explore the changes of the routine chemical compositions of different months and different breeds of sheep and the hybrid vigor of offspring. The results showed that: in six month old, the water content of all sheep reached the highest; their averages were more than 74.6%. In the whole, Bamei sheep was the highest, but Bahan F1 was the lowest, small tail Han sheep and Bahan F1 were between them. And the ash content of the Bahan F2 was the highest in the same age. With month old increasing, the protein content of each breeds was upward trend, overall changed in the range of 18%~20%. In the whole growth period, Bahan F2 was the highest among the four. And among 8 to 12 month old, the protein content of Bahan F1 was after the Bahan F2. However the content of Small Tail Han sheep is always the lowest. In the whole period the fat content of the Bahan F2 was the highest, while the content of Bahan F1 was the lowest, the fat content of Bamei mutton sheep was after Bahan F2 at the age of 4, 6 and 12 months. In short, Bahan F1 was a sheep with low-fat and high protein nutritional quality, but Bahan F2 belonged to the high protein sheep. They all inherited the characteristics of high protein content of Bamei sheep.
