摘要
通过采用普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、硅灰、碱水剂、以及PVA纤维进行水泥基复合材料配合比试验,设计和制作了不同尺寸立方体、棱柱体、抗拉和抗折试件。通过试验,获得了水泥基复合材料的不同尺寸立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、抗折强度、抗拉强度,分析了PVA纤维不同尺寸问水泥基复合材料力学性能之间的相互关系,并建立了相对应的数学模型,研究结果为PVA纤维水泥基复合材料的工程设计及工程应用质量评价提供理论依据。
It carded out the ratio test of cement based composite material by using Portland cement, coal ash, silica fume, admixtures and PVA fiber.Then groups of cubes and prisms were designed and made to test the tensile and flexural properties.Through the test,the different mechanical properties of cement based composite materials with PVA fiber are obtained.At last, a corresponding mathematical model is established by analyzing the relationship between the PVA fiber content and the related properties of cement composite material. The research results can provide a reference for the engineering designs and quality assessment of engineering applications of ordinary cement based composite materials.
