摘要
为了保持排水管网中水流稳定,保证各级泵站及污水处理厂平稳运行,利用SCADA技术设计了排水管网调度系统。通过各泵站PLC控制系统实时上传的泵站数据,实现了对整个排水管网的全面监控;通过科学的数学建模过程对采集到的数据进行分析,将计算获得泵站控制参数下发到各级泵站,实现了对整个管网的全面调度。该系统提升了排水管网全面监控的自动化、智能化程度。
In order to keep the stability of water flow in drainage pipe network, and to ensure the smooth operation of the pumping stations and sewage processing plant, the drainage pipe network dispatching system has been designed by adopting SCADA technology. The whole drainage pipe network is monitored through the uploaded data from PLC system of each pump station; the data collected are analyzed by scientific mathematical modeling procedures, then the calculated pump station control parameters are downloaded to pump stations in various level to implement comprehensive dispatching of entire pipe network. The urban drainage network dispatching system enhances the level of automation and intellectualization of the drainage pipe network.
