摘要
患者女,22岁。颜面部多发紫红色蜡样丘疹、结节,右颞部鲜红斑痣伴脱发,颈后叶状白斑,指趾甲周纤维瘤,组织病理发现双肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤。诊断:结节性硬化症双肾多发性血管肌脂瘤。
A 22-year female presented with multiple purplish wax-like papules and nodules on face. Hairloss upon nevus flammeus on the right head,leaf spot on the neck, and Koenen tumors were observed. Histopathological exam- ination revealed the changes of bilateral renal angiomyolipoma. The above evidences fulfilled a diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis complex complicated with bilateral renal angiomyolipoma.
