摘要
目的：探讨老年尿毒症血液透析护理措施及效果。方法：选取2011年10月-2013年10月我院收治的106例老年尿毒症患者为研究对象，临床给予积极血液透析护理，透析前透析中及透析后给予积极的临床护理。结果：106例患者均给予血液透析护理，其中18例因脑出血、肺部感染、心力衰竭以及心肌梗死等并发症死亡，死亡率为17.0%。结论：老年尿毒症患者血液透析临床并发症多，严重影响患者临床治疗及预后，血液透析过程中要给予积极的临床护理，密切观察患者透析过程中临床症状，并及时处理并发症，从而提升老年患者血液透析质量，延长生命，临床意义重大。
Objective：To study the elderly uremia hemodialysis nursing measures and effects. Methods：selected in October 2011 to October 2011 of our hospital 106 cases of elderly patients with uremia as the research object, clinical positive hemodialysis nursing, dialysis before and after dialysis in dialysis to give positive clinical care. Conclusion：clinical complications in elderly patients with uremia hemodialysis, could serious impact on clinical treatment and prognosis of patients with hemodialysis to give positive in the process of clinical nursing, close observation in the process of dialysis patients with clinical symptoms, complications and timely processing, thus improving the quality of elderly patients with hemodialysis, prolong life, clinical significance.
