摘要
目的:分析桂北地区泌尿系结石的发病情况、成分以及分布特征,为其预防及治疗提供参考。方法:回顾性分析2011年6月~2014年7月桂林医学院附属医院997例泌尿系结石标本的化学成分,按患者的性别、年龄、结石部位等分组,并结合患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:本研究男患者多于女患者,二者的比例为2.04∶1;发病的年龄段以中年为主,尤其是56~65岁年龄段,构成比最高,约为27.6%;男患者上尿路结石构成比为74.6%,下尿路结石构成比为25.4%,女患者上尿路结石构成比为97.6%,下尿路结石构成比仅为2.4%。混合成分结石以-水草酸钙+二水草酸钙+碳酸磷灰石为主(20.1%),其次为-水草酸钙+碳酸磷灰石(14.5%),单一成分结石以无水尿酸(19.1%)及-水草酸钙(18.2%)为主。结论:根据桂北地区泌尿系结石分布特点及成分分析结果,针对性采取相应的预防、治疗措施,对临床泌尿系结石的治疗、预防及减少复发具有重要意义。
Objective: To analyze urinary calculi incidence, the distribution features of the composition and stones in north Guangxi, and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of urinary calculi. Method: A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 997 patients with identified urinary calculi living in northern region of Guangxi from June 2011 to July 2014 was taken. Stones chemical composition, patients' gender, age, and stone location were evaluated, and the results were analyzed. Result: Among 997 cases of urinary calculi in northern re gion of Guangxi, males were more found than females, and the ratio was 2.04 : 1. All patients with high preva- lence aged from 56 to 65 years old (27.6%). In the male patients, the proportion of the upper urinary tract stones was 74.6%, and the proportion of the lower urinary tract stones was 25.4%. In the female patients, the proportion of the upper urinary tract stones was 97.6~~, and the proportion o{ the lower urinary tract stones was 2.4~. Among 997 cases of urolithiasis, the mixed stones were given priority to with calcium oxalate monohydrate, calci- um oxalate dihydrate and carbonate apatite (20. l ~ ), followed by calcium oxalate monohydrate and carbonate apa rite (14.5 %). Single component stones were given priority to with anhydrous uric acid (19.1% ) and calcium ox alate monohydrate (18.2%). Conclusion: According to the results of urinary calculi distribution characteristics and composition analysis in northern region of Guangxi, we take corresponding prevention and treatment measures. It can be a key point in treatment, prevention and reducing recurrence of urinary calculi.
