摘要
目的为高效联合抗反转录病毒治疗服药依从性指南的构建提供证据支持。方法采用系统评价再评价的方法对现有的高效联合抗反转录病毒治疗服药依从性相关系统评价进行再评价。结果共纳入10份相关系统评价,内容涉及影响因素、评价方法和干预措施3个方面。结论本次系统评价再评价形成了高质量的证据资源,为临床实践指南的构建提供了可靠的证据支持。
Objective To develop clinical practice guidelines on the medication adherence to Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy（HAART） in China. Methods Overviews of current systematic reviews or recta-analysis on the medication adherence to HAART was carried out. Results Ten systematic reviews or meta-analysis were included, which involved 3 aspects： influence factors,assessment methods and interventions. Conclusions It is feasible to form high quality evidence resources and provide reliable evidence support for the development of clinical practice guidelines based on overviews of reviews.
