摘要
采用差示扫描量热仪和X射线衍射仪分析了不同生产厂家的聚己内酰胺(PA6)切片在纺丝过程中晶型的变化。结果表明:由于生产工艺以及聚合设备不同,不同厂家的PA6切片的晶体结构存在差异;PA6切片以及对应的无油丝中含有α与γ晶型晶体,并且无油丝的衍射峰比PA6切片的衍射峰宽,两者的α晶型的衍射峰之间的间距较小;PA6切片在纺丝高温作用下,存在γ晶型向α晶型转变,α晶型的晶粒小,且结晶不完善,PA6无油丝更易结晶。
The crystal structure transformation of polycaprolactam (PA6) chips from different producers was analyzed during spinning process by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results showed that the PA6 chips from different producers had different crystal structure due to different technological process and polymerization units; the and γ crystals existed both in PA6 chips and oil-free PA6 fibers, and the oil-free PA6 fibers had wider diffraction peaks than PA6 chips but their α crystal peak space was relatively small; PA6 chips had γ crystals transforming into α crystals with small grain and imperfect structure during high-temperature spinning process, and the oil-free PA6 fibers were easier to crystallization.
