摘要
论文介绍美国皮尤研究中心,展现皮尤公共图书馆和美国人民社区生活研究报告中,公共图书馆的使用情况、公共图书馆对社区居民生活的影响程度和社区居民对公共图书馆的认知等研究成果,分析公共图书馆发展的科技通讯技术普及化趋势、城乡一体化服务发展趋势、政府信息公开的桥梁趋势和社区文化活动集散区趋势,进行国内公共图书馆社区信息服务的策略性探讨和方法性探讨。
This paper introduces the Pew Research Center, states the usage, influence and public recognition of the American public libraries which are concluded by Pew in its report of How Americans Value Public Libraries in Their Communities. It analyzes the trends of the public library development and studies on the strategic methods and methodology for the community information service of domestic public libraries.
