摘要 遥感是农林业发展的有力工具之一,但目前卫星、航空、近地和地面遥感平台及数据的使用成本较高,个人用户仍难以负担。本文探讨了如何仅使用普通数码相机为遥感成像设备,通过提取植被指数在小尺度上实现传统植被遥感的主要功能。具体包括:将数码照片作为遥感影像使用所需要进行的图像预处理工作;基于数码照片所能提取到的主要植被指数的种类、适用性及优缺点;基于这些指数所能实现的农林业遥感应用等;并展望了微型红外成像硬件和移动互联网、Web GIS、云计算技术的融合发展将为相关领域带来的变革。研究可为农林业经营者和研究者提供借鉴。 Remote sensing is a powerful tool in developing precision agriculture and forestry.But by present, the cost for use of the traditional satellite, airborne, near and ground-based remote sensing platforms and data is still expensive and beyond individual users’ affordability.This paper discusses how to extract diverse vegetation indices and achieve the main functions of the traditional vegetation remote sensing in small spatial scales by using only dig-ital cameras as imaging device.Specifically, the major image preprocessing steps needed in developing a usable re-mote sensing image based on a common digital photo were listed.The vegetation indices that can be extracted based on digital photos and their descriptions, applicability, advantages/disadvantages, and potential applications in agriculture and forestry were summarized.Fusion development of the four areas, miniature infrared imaging hardware, mobile Internet, WebGIS and cloud computing, will bring many appealing possibilities for relevant ap-plications.This research could provide reference for the agricultural and forestry operators and researchers.
