摘要
目的:观察益母草与马齿苋配伍对早孕不完全流产大鼠的出血量、血液流变学、部分激素水平及子宫雌激素受体和孕激素受体表达的影响。方法:应用米非司酮和米索前列醇造成早孕大鼠不完全流产子宫出血模型,观察药物对出血量、血液流变性的影响,检测子宫匀浆液中ET和NO的含量及放免法检测血液激素水平和免疫组化法观察子宫雌激素受体、孕激素受体表达的变化,研究药物对子宫出血模型大鼠的效应及机制。结果:益母草与马齿苋配伍可减少子宫NO分泌,提高局部TGF-β水平,减少子宫出血量。结论:益母草与马齿苋配伍能明显缓解米非司酮和米索前列醇导致的早孕大鼠出血症状。
Objective: To observe the effects of Motherwort and purslane compatibility in the treatment of bleeding quantity, hemorheology, locally hormonal level and the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptor on incomplete abortion in early-pregnancy rats. Methods: The experiment was carried out in the early-pregnancy model rats with incomplete abortion uterine bleeding induced by mifepristone and misoprostol. To research the effect and mechanism of the drug in the uterine hemorrhage model rats by observation of the effects of bleeding quantity and hemorheology, the content of ET and NO, the hormone level in blood detected by radioimmunoassay and the changes of estrogen and progesterone receptor by immunohistochemistry. Results: Motherwort and purslane compatibility can reduce secretion of NO of uterine, improve local TGF-]3 level and reduce uterine bleeding. Conclusion: Motherwort and purslane compatibility can obviously relieve the hemorrhagic symptoms in early-pregnancy rats induced by mifepristone and misoprostol.
