摘要
战斗部是导弹的关键系统之一,出现故障将会危及人身安全,因此保证其高可靠的工作是毋庸置疑的。FMECA(故障模式、影响及危害性分析)是重要的可靠性分析方法,为产品的可靠性提供可行性依据。分析战斗部的功能和结构,建立FMECA的分析模型,开展FMECA分析对分析结果进行排序并采取相应措施。
Warhead is one of the critical systems in the missile.The failure of the warhead wil endanger per-sonal safety,thus,the assurance of its high reliability is undisputed.FMECA(Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis) is an important analytical method of reliability,which provides feasible bases for the reliability of the product.Through the analysis of the function and structure of the warhead,the foundation of the analytical mode of FMECA and the analysis of the results by FMECA,the thesis focuses on providing appropriate mea-sures accordingly.
