摘要
长河坝水电站地处高海拔寒冷地带,对水工混凝土耐久性要求较高。但参照普通混凝土设计指标制作的混凝土进行抗冻试验后,发现其抗冻性能差,不满足设计指标F100的要求。通过试验探寻影响混凝土抗冻性能的主要因素,经分析确定主要因素为含气量不足。故长河坝水电站所用混凝土采取提高含气量、降低粉煤灰掺量,以达到强度和抗冻性能满足设计要求。
As located in high-altitude cold area, the Changheba Hydropower Station has higher requirements on the durability of hydraulic concrete. However, the in-situ experiments of concrete which is designed according to normal concrete design index show that the concrete is poor in freeze resistance and fails to meet the design index F100. For solving this problem, the experiments are conducted to find the factors which affecting the freeze resistance of concrete, and the insufficient air content is determined as the main cause. Based on experiment results, the concrete Changheba Hydropower Station is proposed to increase air content and decrease fly ash content for meeting the design requirements on strength and freeze resistance of concrete.
