摘要 笔者构建了重化工业基地工业可持续发展的评价指标体系,利用多指标线性加权函数法对辽宁省工业可持续发展能力进行评估,认为辽宁省工业可持续发展能力持续增强,但与沿海工业发达省份存在较大差距,促进辽宁省工业可持续发展的关键在于传统支柱产业的"再工业化"改造和比较优势产业的扶植相结合;全方位促进工业结构的可持续性发展;大力发展清洁生产和循环经济;加大科技创新和信息化建设对工业可持续发展的推动力;本土培养与国外引进相结合,注重适用人力资源的开发。 The author builds the industrial sustainable development evaluation index system for heavy chemical industry base, uses multi-index linear weighted function method to evaluate Liaoning industrial sustainable development ability,and thinks Liaoning industry continues to enhance its capability of sustainable development. However, there is a big gap between Liaoning and coastal developed provinces,and the key to promote Liaoning industry's sustainable development is the fostering and combination of reindustrialization transformation of the traditional pillar industries and comparative competitive industry;comprehensively promotes the sustainable development of industrial structure; vigorously develops the clean production and circular economy;increase the impetus for industrial sustainable development from scientific and technological innovation and information construction; combine local cultivation with foreign introduction, and pay attention to the proper development of human resources.
