瑶山苣苔叶片的解剖结构及其生态适应性 被引量:1

摘要 通过石蜡切片技术、叶表皮离析技术对瑶山苣苔叶片的解剖结构进行了显微观察。结果表明:瑶山苣苔叶具有典型的荫生植物叶片的结构特征,大而薄,异面,多数,深绿色,镶嵌排列,表皮无角质层,气孔略高于表皮,只分布于下表皮,海绵组织发达,含叶绿体较多,栅栏组织不发达,叶脉维管组织不发达。这些解剖特征表现出对荫生环境的高度适应。 The anatomical structure of Dayaoshania cotinifolia leaves was microscopically observed by means of paraffin section and maceration.The result showed that the leaves have typical structural characteristics of shade plants' leaves,being large and thin,bifacial,many,and dark green,and having mosaic arrangement and no cuticle on epidermis;Their stomas were slightly higher than the epidermis and only exist on the lower epidermis;There are well-developed spongy tissues,lots of chloroplasts,less-developed palisade tissues and underdeveloped vascular tissues of leaf vein.The above morphological and anatomical structural characteristics show that D.cotinifolia has a high adaptability to shady and damp environment.
