摘要
目的观察鼓膜置管治疗梅尼埃病的临床疗效。方法回顾分析了2003-2011年9例初次发作,经保守治疗眩晕控制不佳,仍反复发作的梅尼埃病例,应用鼓膜置管的方法,观察眩晕发作频率及听力恢复效果。结果 9例病例经置管3-6月,拔除置管观察2-10年无一例复发。结论鼓膜置管能够很快改善症状,眩晕控制远期效果比较确切。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of tympanic ventilation tubes insertion as a treatment modality for pa？tients with Meniere’s disease. Methods Nine patients （four males and five females, aged 25~56 years） with recalcitrant Me？niere’s disease of no more than 3 months who had failed routine medical treatment received ventilating tubes in the affected ear. Postoperative change in symptoms, i.e. incapacitating vertigo and hearing loss, were investigated. Results Vertigo substan？tially improved in all cases after the treatment at 2-10 years follow up. On the other hand, 6 cases showed a significant PTA im？provement by 10 dB or more after treatment. Conclusions This treatment may represent an effective method in treatment of Me？niere’s disease and it may become a viable treatment option since it’s a simple and relatively non-invasive procedure.
