摘要
房建工程监理为工程进度和质量提供了可靠的保障。现阶段，我国的房建工程监理尚处于初级阶段，出现了很多的问题急需得到解决。本文对房建工程监理的问题进行了分析，并提出了相关的解决方法。
The housing construction project supervision provides a reliable guarantee for the project progress and quality. At present, our housing construction project supervision is stil in the primary stage, so, there were a lot of problems need to be solved. In this paper, the author put forward the housing construction project supervision and the related solutions.
