摘要
随着社会的进步，我国的建筑行业得到了快速的发展。节约城市空间，成为城市建筑发展的主流。本文主要对高层房屋建筑的特点、高层房屋建筑常用施工技术及发展对策进行了分析，以期促进高层房屋建筑的发展与进步。
With the social progress,the construction industry has been rapidly developed. Saving space of the city has become the mainstream of development of city building. This paper analyzed the main characteristics of high-rise building and common construction technology and its developing countermeasures, in order to promote the development and progress of high building.
